What photo can i use?
Please send us clear, original photographs or raw photo from your digital camera at 300dpi.
Try not to submit printed photocopies.
Please scan original photos if possible as they hold better quality than copies.
Be sure to provide us the best photo so we get the best material to work with.
Can i supply my picture via regular mail?
Sure! You can supply your picture via mail. Make sure that you protect your photo in plastic pocket placed in cardboard box. We will scan it and return the photo back to you with your order.

Can you fix photo imperfections?
Minimal retouch like removing few scratches is free of charge.
If more retouch for photo is needed, we will send you a price quote.
Advanced photo retouching and printed frames available on request.
Will product look exactly the same as my picture?
There will be small differences but the result will be really close. Our technology uses special colours for making ceramic prints which are fired in very high temperature. It is not the same for regular prints where you can achieve high saturated photos.
How long does it take to ship?
We try to ship all orders within 10 business days after you have approved the proof and made a payment.

How do I attach my ceramic portrait?
Clear silicone
Portraits are not completely flat on the back. For this we recommend to use clear silicone to get the best adhesion.
1. Before attaching portrait to surface, please make sure that area is dry and clean from any dirt or oil.
2. Apply a small amount of clear silicone on the back of portrait.
3. Carefully place your portrait in desired place and firmly press it. Do not move or reposition it once placed.
4. Place masking tape over the portrait to keep it in place for at least 30 minutes until silicone hardens.
5. Use silicone caulking to seal the space between the mounting surface and your portrait. It will help to get better adhesion and the result will look better too.
The full adhesion can take up to 72 hours.
